I had a great Windows 10 experience but I just lost power during a system update and since then I get the start menu error. I can not use the regular start menu and my notifications don't open properly. I tried a system restore. It didn't work. I am now on build 19045.3693. I tried to reregister the start menu with powershell. I tried to start the identity service. I ran sfc/scannow and no errors are reported. I also tried DISM /restore health. I tried to create a new admin user. I was able to do it only with netplwiz. The new local admin account works fine, but not the original one. I tried t
