Right click My Computer and then click Properties.

 

In system properties click Advanced then click Startup and Recovery, Settings.

 

Click Edit in System Startup and copy and paste what it says back here.

Right click on My Computer then choose Properties>Advanced>Startup and recovery.

 

Make sure XP shows as the default operating system and change the time to display the operating systems down to ten seconds. Now apply the changes and restart.

 

You should still see that screen you spoke of, but after 10 seconds XP will load automatically. If so, go back to that time and reduce it to 2 seconds.
