IE7 Browser Problem.

Hi Guys,My IE7 Browser has stopped working.Popup says Internet Explorer has to close and Freezes,almost instantly after opening.

Just had a Netgear DG834 Wired Modem Router installed.Haven't a clue how to check anything in there.

Opera still works fine.

Any clues? Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply,Goku.

I may have found the problem.A friend of mine put a Spy blocker Toolbar on my Computer,today.

I just uninstalled it and IE7 has started working again.

Will test for a few hours and see what gives.

Can't understand why Opera Browser wasn't affected.

Glad you got it resolved Doug. Browser Toolbars are mostly useless and as evident, may cause conflicts with the operation of a browser.

 

For your other question, I think the Toolbar is installed in Internet Explorer and Firefox only and that is why it was not installed on Opera. Thats just a guess but it explains your question satisfactorily at best. :)

It was only installed on Internet Explorer.I realized, and the Edit was gone,by the time I woke up to the fact. Been a long Day.:)
