Notepad version tested: 11.2309.28.0In the new Notepad of windows 11, if the setting of notepad looks like this: "When Notepad starts" --> "Open content from the previous session", if you double click a text file, you will see the same file is opened twice.This looks like a bug. When you double click a file, the command line parameters will be passed to notepad. In such case, it should not open two Notepad windows.When user double clicks a file, and find two notepad window appeared, it is strange.
