Why make an enterprise build and fill it with consumer junk that isn't needed in an organization?

Okay, this one serious grinds my gears. This is just a general "Why does Microsoft do what it does" kind of question. So, they make all these different OS builds - home edition, education, enterprise edition, et cetera. But then, in the enteprise edition, you have the following junk, that no CEO would ever want in their organization.
