Can I transfer my data from this account and move it to another, while leaving part of the data and the account intact?

When I was a kid my mother gave me her Microsoft account to be able to play on my xbox, but I never stopped using it and now she needs the account back for her studies but I have bought a lot of games and I have years worth of saves and data I wish not to lose. Is there a way for me to setup a new Microsoft account and transfer my games and data from this account to the new one, while leaving the rest of my mother's data intact for her to use?
