find which application use specific file

Hi,

 

I have problem with Terminal server 2003.

I can't delete profile of my specific user, I got error about another

process or application use this file.

The terminal hold a lot of users, I don't want to restart.

 

I want to find which application hold the profile.

 

There is tool or way to find ?
