Hi,I have a laptop with Windows 8 installed. Three days ago the login page prompted that I was using incorrect password, so I had reset it. It was not accepting the new password even though it was correct. I have changed the password several times but none of the new passwords worked. I waited 24 hours to see if the system needed updating, but did not work either. The password is correct since I am able to log into the Microsoft account using another device. Please assist.
