Why does my keyboard not turn on to PC, I use a whole TV screen as the monitor and when I try to plug keyboard in the pc, the screen and the keyboard doesn't turn on, I try different USB ports and do as many things as possible, sometimes it turns on after trying several USB combinations but if I turn the pc off and turn it on later again, the same combination won't work
