I tried to add a Network Adapter and my desktop icons became very large and Chrome is very zoomed

Sir I visited device manager in my windows 7 I selected Network adapter and click on action add Hardware, Then add hardware wizard open, mistakely I downloaded add hardware wizard , and clicked on finish then Option came to restart And I restarted my laptop .And my desktop icons become large and Then I opened google chrome and it become Very zoomed .* Changed to a question* Original title: Pls help
