Hello, I have been in the process of moving an Xbox one game onto a windows 7 laptop to retrieve a game file. Several steps I took were taking an NTFS format usb 3.0 external hard drive and connecting it to an Xbox one ( I believe it is either an Xbox one x or Xbox one S) and selecting it for games and apps, along with the "this will not just be connected to this xbox" option. The game copied successfully and I disconnected it from the Xbox and connected it to the laptop. The drive appeared only in two spots, the taskbar, where it has the eject button, and disk management. I couldn't view file
