i am trying to run this application(sigmaplot) on a windows10 desktop but its taking a long time to open and running very slow

i am trying to run this application(sigmaplot) on a windows10 desktop but its taking a long time to open and running very slow but when i run the application as administrator its working perfectly fine. I am not sure what the problem is. how do i make the application run normally without running it as admin?
