how do i move or add a blank page in excel?

fyi my skills in excel are limited. i will use laymans terms to describe what likely has other names.i use excel to run a report with charts. it has four PAGES. top to bottom, four pages. I need to ADD a page in between existing pages. i CAN create a new page at the end of my report. i cannot find any to MOVE it to where it needs to be. this has nothing to do with TABS. currently this program, with my limited knowledge, is mostly useless for me. the effort to do this minor report equals at least 4 hours a week to input numbers and fix the broken tables/charts. there must be an easier way. need
