Hi, I recently bought a new windows pc and today when I tried to type my pin in I got an error message that read: The instruction at 0x0000… referenced memory at 0x000000000… The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program. I have looked around but all the answers require signing in, which I cannot do. Can anyone help?
