Can't log in to authenticator to authenticate, cant log into account to activate authenticator

I reset my password after realising i forgot it. Now i'm getting asked to log in through my authenticator to accept the sign in request, but when i try to log on to my authenticator, it requests i log onto a windows app to accept the sign in request? I am stuck in an endless loop and am unable to reach out to support, I've been "Next in line" for the past 3 hours.It also does not let me send a code through text stating "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."Please help, random netizens
