How Can I Format/Reset My Pc Perfectly Without Having Any Old Data

Hello Community,Recently I got a laptop from my cousin,it contains some of his files such as his lecture notes etc. he permits me to delete them.After getting the permission I proceeded to clear all of his files. Instead of resetting my pc I just deleted all the files from the local disk C and D. Then started to clear some unwanted system bloatware and unnecessary apps (such as maps, teams, people, sticky notes etc. including Edge browser) with the help of an uninstaller software tool and youtube tutorialsAfter completing the deleting procedures I restarted my pc and started to use it.But unfo
