Why can't I login to Microsoft store to make a purchase?

When I try to buy Word at the Microsoft store the login goes into a loop. I can login to my Microsoft account, but when I tried accessing the store from my account page I can't get to the place that allows purchase of stand alone MS Word or Office Home & Student.FYI, I am using a desktop with Windows 11, I've tried different browsers (Firefox, Edge), cleared cookies and site data, changed password. Firefox browser security set at Standard. Am using Trend Micro for virus and internet security. I've seen similar postings but each one seems different and suggestions haven't been applicable/he
