Can I Move Multiple Subfolders into Multiple Folders, But Evenly Distribute Them?

Hello, I have a folder on my D drive named TRANSFER. It will hold between 1 and 17 subfolders at any given time. No more than 17.I have 17 folders on my C drive, named, of course, 1 through 17. I want to move the subfolders in the D:\TRANSFER folder to the 17 folders on the C drive.But I want them evenly distributed. In other words, I don’t want three subfolders moved to C:\1, then five subfolders moved to C:\2, etc. It does NOT matter which folders on the C drive the subfolders go into. They can be moved in sequence, or randomly. Just as long as t
