Windows crash when Virtual Machine Platform was enabling

I want to install WSL 2. This subsystem requires installation Virtual Machine Platform. When enable it Windows ask me for restart, I reboot the laptop, immediately after the reboot starts, an update appears, it reaches 15 percent and the laptop reboots again and when Windows boots up immediately after the BIOS, a black screen appears, while the screen is not turned off, but it just lights up with black pixels.
