Windows server 2016 cumulative update patch number is not same

Hi, I have tried to install the cumulative update July and august in windows server but it shows different patches number. But for the SSU, the patch number is shown correctly. I have tried to clear the windows update cache in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and the windows update troubleshooting keeps loading. Is there a way to patch or change the incorrect number in registry?
