Are these certs from microsoft yourphone safe?

In Windows on my laptop in certmgr I have certificates from microsoft yourphone. I didn't add them. I delete them, they reappear. What is happening and are they safe? I never had them before. I only noticed when I went to select my electronic certificate and instead of just the usual certificate appearing, 2 yourphone certs also appeared.... Thank you
