Unable to add member account on MSN Explorer: Error 0x80045024

Running Win 10 and 11 on two separate PCs and receiving this error on both (screenshot) (error 0x80045024) when going to 'Accounts & Billing' and 'Add member accounts' in MSN Explorer.There are other users who have also been having this issue since March. I notice sometimes when trying to create a new member account, the program suggests alternative email address names in red text if you put in a common email which is taken already i.e. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is what I'd expect however it only does this some of the time, suggesting there's something not right with the program.
