Hi, I recently reset my pc to windows 10 and it suddenly started glitching out, the computer screen keeps moving up and down and the top part of the screen is also visible under the taskbar.. please help me!! And if you zoom into the picture, you can see that the cursor also glitches after being pulled under the taskbar.. please help asap 🙏🙏
