Bluetooth isn't working.

So a couple days ago blue has completely stopped working for me. however it is not the usual way of Bluetooth just not connecting. It claims my head phones are connected but no audio comes through. In addition it, for the most, does show up in system settings. I would say this happen around every 19 to 20 seconds. I've tried both several times with restarts between tries without any luck. In the playback settings, selecting connect doesn't do anything. The Bluetooth headphones I'm trying to connect to still have a red arrow on the icon and it says "disconnected." something else is that in the
