Unable to install windows server desktop environment in virtualbox

I am unable to install windows server desktop environment in virtualbox version 7.0.20 r163906 (Qt5.15.2). When I download the iso of windows server 2012 r2, 2016, 2019, 2022 it downloads perfectly but when I install it in vbox it dows not ask me to select os and directly starts installing the iso and starts the cli version of it and when I use "Install-WindowsFeature Server-Gui-Mgmt-Infra, Server-Gui-Shell -Restart" command it gives me error "Install-Windows-Feature is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." So how may I get desktop environment of w
