Hello. I want to install Windows 10 from the official website, Download Windows 10 but it says here that "you will first need a license to install Windows 10". Does this mean that I will not be able to install Windows 10 on my computer without the specified license? Or does it mean that I first need to pay for a license to install Windows 10, and then, after I install Windows 10 on my computer, I also need to pay for activating Windows 10 on my computer? It turns out that I pay twice?
