Hi! I have my old surface pro 7 that I got back in 2021 for college. After my first semester I ended up buying a Mac and gave my surface pro 7 to my little sister. Anyways, she did some things to it and it got stuck in a boot loop and can't remember her password or what Microsoft account it is set up with. I am now at the BitLocker recovery screen and cannot get through it or find the recovery key. I have tried every thing that I can find on YouTube and other forums but cannot get around this. I have tried to download a recovery file to a USB but am doing something wrong because I have a Mac.
