pc is connected to the internet but can't detect any wifi connections

For some reason, my PC can't detect any Wi-Fi connections, but it still connects to one. I have an AORUS B650 ELITE AX motherboard using the realtek 8852ce 6e pci-e NIC wifi driver. I've already done a network reset, and configured the settings in the device manager, and it still can't pick up any connections. It's also not able to connect to the internet automatically upon my PC starting up. I have to turn off the wifi and turn it back on for it to connect. The SSID protocol also constantly changes from "any radio device" to "unknown". The network channel also changes. The security type is a
