There is no power management tab for Bluetooth devices in device manager. I looked under Human Interface Devices where the tab was said to be relocated and did not see anything there either. My headphones keep disconnecting from my computer and it is getting really annoying (there is nothing wrong with the headset and it is fully charged and well in range with my computer).
