Insider build roll back. Page Fault in non page fault area. Can someone plz check my logs?

I am trying to update to insider preview 24H2. Sad part is I do not even know if this update will allow me to do what I need to which is host a 6ghz hotspot for my Quest 3. Newer builds have the setting available through some PowerShell magic. Figured in 2024 Microsoft would have already allowed this :(I have been following the Microsoft guide and tried just about everything I can for the SUPER generic error. I saw some volunteer wizards piecing together what is going on in the forums with the logfiles that the rollback and setup generate. I was hoping to find a wizard that could take a look a
