After installing RDS on a Windows Server 2022, outgoing RDP connections are not functioning for domain users, unlike other clients.

I have installed RDS on a Windows 2022 server in evaluation mode. After installation, many users can RDP to the host with RDS installed without any issues. However, we want to RDP from the same host to several servers in the domain. In this case, local users can RDP to another server, but domain users are unable to access the remote desktop as they normally would. Requirement: More users are necessary to connect to the RDS server and then connect to other domain servers from the RDS server.Thanks.
