Any way to fix "system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application"? (Windows 10)

Hello! I dont know if I can ask for windows tech help here but its worth a try. So when I try to go to some windows settings they show up the popup "SystemSettings.exe - System Error - The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application". I've tried sfc /scannow (showed nothing wrong), also tried DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, which froze at 55.4%. I have used tweakers and reg deleters, for example "Hone.gg" and "revo uninstaller" to uninstall app's completely. Th
