How can I copy or backup a UWP app or game for transfer to a new computer

There is a old drawing application for Windows 8/10 called Paint4Kids that is no longer available for download from Windows Store. I have it in my PC and works normally except of course for additional purchases. Is there any way to backup its data and restore to a new PC? The application was free of charge, so I presume what I am asking to do doesn't violate Copyright. It would be convenient to create an .appx file which can then be installed on the new computer without accessing Windows Store. Or any other suitable method.Thank you in advance.
