Games started crashing randomly a few months, recently got a lot worse

windows 10 64bmsi mpg 550 gaming plusryzen 5600x2080 super16gb ddr5650w psuInitially it was just raid shadow legends that was crashing, about 1-2 times a day. I asked the company, they said to try some stuff, eventually it stopped. Last month it started again, then last week it started to become every 20-60 minutes. Once Destiny 2 also started crashing I did windows repair install, where it removes apps and reinstalls windows but keeps user files. That did not seem to help. I thought it might be because my ram was at 80-90%, but it happens when it's at 50% usage so maybe not. I checked all my
