I have a custom-built PC with an AMD FX-6300, SSD, HDD, etc., running Windows 10 Pro X64 22H2. I can't access any external storage media, such as SATA HDDs, USB drives, SD cards, or USB HDDs. In Device Manager, the devices appear twice: once correctly under Disk Drives, and once under "Other Devices," all labeled as "Unknown device." When I check the details, it says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" for all of them. I have tried the following: - Uninstalled the unknown devices, as well as the disk drives, disconnected them, and restarted the computer. - Uninstall
