Getting [Windows Explorer] Error notification bottom right when trying to load a game, and it wont let me play anything for some reason. Windows 11

okay so recently i was loading into the Fortnite game trying to play but i accidently turned my monitor off and it switched screens (i have 2 monitors) and Switched back to the main monitor when i turned it back on and this caused fortnite to crash and now it wont let me play the game. -- << error >>now im getting this error notifcation, this happens with other games too and it wont let me play anything now.-- << other gameIt looks like it somehow broke my file explorer because now Im getting these notifications for every game..and my both my monitor screens keep refreshing .
