Question about Display port connected to Intel GPU

I am a laptop user which has two gpus (intel UHD graphics 630 & Geforce GTX 1650). I am trying to get true stretch resolution in a game named valorant but to do that I need resolution option in Nvidia Control Panel which I am not getting. I have tried many fixes shown in youtube but nothing seems to work. Also in the Nvidia control panel it shows display adapter is connected to Intel graphics card. So I wanted to know if there is any option to use nvidia gpu instead of intel in display or do I have to connect display cable to nvidia gpu & also if it is safe to do so?
