Guest Clay Routh Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 I do realize it's inappropriate to ask this question in this particular forum and I apologize in advance, but... It is a W2K question and i find no forum for it. Can anyone here direct me to the hotfix associated with KB822368? I applied SP4 to a critical laptop (it has a lot of software required for configs in Comm/Nav/Radar that it will take weeks to find the original installation disks for) and the SP broke the USB devices. I will be forever in your debt. Feel free to contact me at clay.routh2gmailcom, I assume everyone knows the exercise for making that address work. Thank you.

Guest Clay Routh Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Re: USB driver error code 31 - not in XP Thank you Paul. It's been a while since I've "lived" in these MS forums. I sort of changed gears in "midstream" and am on the water doing marine stuff. Glad to see the ready help is still available.
