Windows 11 freezing during installation

Hello,I just finished building my new pc and am having some trouble installing windows 11.My specs are the following:core i5, geforce GTX 3070, AsRock Steel Legend z790 (wifi), with 32 GB ram and 2T storage.I successfully booted the pc, and after that, i tried to install Windows 11 with an USB. At first, everything went well, but then it first showed me the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and after running diagnostics the screen froze. I restarted the system and it, again, seemed to work, but then i got a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION message and it froze again. It currently keeps freezing at the "one momen
