My G key doesn't work (Laptop keyboard) unless I use capital G.

I'm pretty sure this is a software issue, but I'm at the end of my rope.- my "G" key often doesn't work (95% of the time), unless I hold SHIFT at the same time for a capital G, then it works 100% of the time- it also works 100% of the time to open Windows Game Bar (WINDOWS+G), so I know the key itself is not faultyTroubleshootinG I've tried:- updatinG drives (it told me there was no update available)- uninstallinG drivers (I tried only the PS/2 one, and later also all of the ones labeled HID, which I have no clue about what they do) and then restartinG the computer (the very first time I did t
