Windows 11 home com port problem

hi im facing issue with windows 11 home as my com port are not visibe while connecting my icom ic9700 radio through usb port so i added manually through legacy option but still the com port which i added is still have yellow warning sign (not working) and but whenever i connect my icom ic 9700 device to my laptop(lenovo s145) there is one connection under other devices in device manager with **** name pops up i am really frustrated with this issue can anyone help with that as i have project to finish ?
