Let me start by saying I'm not an IT professional so please be patient. My office is using a server and our computers are setup as work stations. I think I remember our IT guy saying we have a "domain login" and we are only supposed to use passwords to login. I'm a big ole dummy and setup windows hello for facial recognition / pin to login to my computer in the mornings. Everything was working fine for about 6 months. I decided to use remote desktop from home to login to my office computer and since that point in time I'm now getting errors saying I need to "verify my account". The error seems
