Permissions to user in Active Directory

Hi!!, I have a server with active directory and some clients in a test environment but I have a question that I would appreciate if you could guide me

When clients want to perform some administrator actions, it asks them for the administrator username and password (UAC)(which seems fine to me)

The username and password that I enter for access is that of the server administrator, which I think is quite insecure.

How can I assign the validate/allow/authorize permission to a department user of IT (and who would be responsible for these tasks when requested by users) and the server administrator credentials do not have to be used

In your experience, how do you handle these types of issues? thanks for the help!
