Some time ago already I bought some games from microsoft store (slime rancher 1 & 2 bundle and unpacking) but i still havent been able to play them. Both slime ranchers open but when I need to press space/a key to get into the menu this gray box shows up and I cant play the game. With unpacking its worse as I cant get through the game company title/logo. I've attached an image and I also recorded it but I'm unsure as how to upload that.I have bought and played other games through microsoft store and i've never had this problem. The other games work perfectly even now. I've tried some solut
