"Sign in with a local account instead" option is missing

I would like to remove the Microsoft account from my laptop (Windows 11 Pro) I tried many times, but unfortunately the option "Sign in with a local account instead" is not shown in Settings > Accounts > (I checked all sections inside Accounts)Let me know if there's any solution.Note that: I already removed the device from the Microsoft account Settings that I want to delete from the device.
