Bitlocker key provided by Microsoft is wrong

Hi guys, I changed the motherboard on my laptop and I can't unlock the SSD. The Bitlocker password I found in my Microsoft account doesn't match the one required. When I go into device management, the key provided is associated with a device name that's different from mine. How do I ask Microsoft to provide me with the correct key? Thanks for your help.
