Why am I not able to connect into my Microsoft Account during / after ReInstallation of Windows10 ??

I'm facing this issue for many Hours now.I reinstalled my Windows - (I do this here and there like lets say every 3-5months)Reason for that is,- I work on a Server so my PC gets filled up with ALOT of things - so refreshing everything and getting rid of trash helps overall the Performance.Now to my actual Issue tho:Whenever I previously reInstalled Windows10 - It always (once reinstalled) had some "setups" from before. Like my Opera had the same settings etc.The last Reset of Windows however was different - EVERYTHING IS SELECTED, FORMATED & INSTALLED as always.But I wasn't able to connect
