On attempting to install Windows server 2022 I get a "No device drivers were found." error.

This USB stick worked fine on another server installation. Win 10 was accidently installed on this machine previously. I tried moving USB stick to another port unsuccessfully. USB stick was built from Media Creation tool. The server is an HP Z440 with a 1000 Gb HDD. I get as far as Setup before getting the error.
