Explorer instabilities when handling video

Hi all,

Lately I am finding more and more instabilities in

explorer. Most of these are in handling of videos and

thumbnailing them as well as handling thumbnailing pictures.

I believe that the pictures and their thumbnails should be

handled "only by" a third party application specifically

designed for that purpose. Similarly, the Videos thumbnails,

when required, should also be handled by a third party

application made specifically for that purpose. Explorer was

NEVER designed to handle thumbnails.

Totally agree.

So tell Explorer to stop doing it.
