Currently Saturday Aug 31 2024, status report condition of PC connected to internet, Removed WIFI card, CMOS Battery and disconnected internet service provider, Win 10 is installed, did a reboot notice light flicking rapidly then monitor displayed messages Cloud Download and Local Reinstall. Due to my limited knowledge my questions are how is the Connection being established, what protocols being used, there has to be other explanations that I am not aware of any kind will help or direct me to outside sources that will help as well.Thanks for listening!P.S.
